By creating an account, subscribing, or using HealthZap, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

HealthZap provides tools to log and review personal health habits, including weight, water, supplements, and calories, through the web dashboard and Telegram. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

HealthZap is a self-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical decisions.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use HealthZap.

Paid features require an active subscription billed through Stripe. Prices shown at checkout apply to your plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You can cancel anytime from your account billing settings before the next renewal. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

If you use our Telegram bot or mini app, you also use Telegram's own services and are subject to Telegram's terms and policies. Linking Telegram to your account may require sharing the same phone number used during registration.

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to access another user's data without authorization;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service;
• reverse engineer or misuse the service except as allowed by law.

You retain ownership of the health logs and information you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that information solely to provide the service to you.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if needed to protect the service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthZap and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
